In adulthood, they support blood sugar control and aid in healthy weight management, promoting greater satiety and contributing to positive changes in inflammatory processes. Later in adulthood, they support bone mineral density for stronger bones, strengthen the immune system, and play a role in the management of autoimmune diseases.
